Dr. Johnson is the most caring and compassionate veterinarian that I have ever come across. She is extremely thorough with her exams and has gone above and beyond to get to the bottom of numerous issues with my dog. She always lays things out and allows for discussion of options before jumping into diagnostic tests/procedures or treatment plans. She has always been extremely approachable and patient with my questions and concerns. We are so very fortunate to have found Dr. Johnson!
Dr. Johnson has been the primary vet for my dogs over the last several years. I cannot say enough wonderful things about her. She has a wide variety of knowledge when it comes to my dogs, regardless of their breed, age, or size. She has walked me through everything from puppy shots and neuter/gastropexy for a giant breed dog, to managing arthritis and corneal ulcers in a senior dog. She is always extremely helpful and willing to explain all of the options available, as well as answer any questions. Dr. Johnson’s extensive knowledge combined with her compassion and excellent people skills makes her a veterinarian like no other!
I cannot recommend Dr. Johnson highly enough. We have taken our pets (both cats and dogs) to see her for years. She is dedicated, extremely thorough and well informed. She listens and takes your concerns seriously without being patronizing. We had a mastiff that had some serious and complicated health issues who had to be hospitalized several times. Dr Laura was fantastic at collaborating with the specialty doctors, keeping us informed and advocating for our baby. It is evident how much she cares for her patients and their humans. It is not an exaggeration to say she is the only Vet I trust to treat our pets.
Excellent clinician, intelligent, compassionate, caring, huge heart, understanding, humane. These are only a few words to describe Dr. Laura Johnson. Dr. Johnson has provided exceptional care to my pups for years and there is no other veterinarian quite like her.
Dr. Johnson is the type of vet you hang onto when you find her. She is compassionate, dedicated, and truly takes her time with each patient. Her conservative approach allows you to explore all options, making you feel confident that you chose the best path forward. She truly cares about the animals and their owners, and I would trust my dogs with no one else!
We first met Dr. Johnson when we were getting our Frenchie puppy Dewey (we also have two very old pugs). We decided since it was our first Frenchie that we wanted to meet the Dr first to make sure we liked her and she would be ok for our “child” lol. Dr. Johnson was so personable and was very happy to answer any and all of our concerns and questions. Through the course of the next several months we were “regulars” with Dr. Johnson including 3 surgeries since our puppy had a bad habit of eating things he shouldn’t have. Every visit was like an informational session where she would give us advice on how to handle certain behaviors. Dr. Johnson was so wonderful with all of our dogs and is very knowledgeable with all breeds and ages. I would highly recommend her to anyone and I wouldn’t trust anyone else with our now 4 dogs and 3 cats! She’s the best!

Dr Johnson is a kind, caring and compassionate professional, her passion for being a veterinarian is obvious the moment you meet her. She makes you feel that you and your pet are the most important clients she has, and she will always take time to answer any questions. She is skilled at diagnosing and treating problems in the best possible way and really cares about keeping pets healthy.

Dr Johnson is absolutely wonderful! She is incredibly kind, knowledgeable, dedicated, compassionate, and cares deeply about her patients. My two fur-babies, my cats, are a part of the family and I always try to take the best possible care of them. Dr Johnson is an integral part of that care. She takes the time to get to know your animal. She really listens, answers any questions one might have, explains in detail and makes the animals feel comfortable. Above all else she provides excellent comprehensive care. I am very grateful to have Dr Johnson as our vet!
Dr. Laura is a caring, honest, trustworthy vet. She treats your animals as if they are part of her family. You could not ask for a better person to take care of your pets. There have been multiple times when I have been given treatment options for a sick pet and the options seem overwhelming. When I ask Dr. Laura what she would do if it was her pet, I get an honest answer and have always taken her advice and have never been let down. Dr. Laura is the best!
