COVID Protocol

This is an unprecedented time, and we are all doing our best to navigate this pandemic. Never before has something been so controversial and debated. At Cypress Veterinary Clinic we put our staff and client’s safety as a top priority. If we become sick, we can’t help your pets.

We are NOT limiting the number of family members attending their pet’s appointments or requiring that masks be worn inside the building at this time

If you are ill, were exposed to a COVID-positive person, are pending a COVID test, traveled in the last 14 days, or have any concerns regarding if you or someone you have been in contact with is contagious, we ask that you do not enter the building. We will try to accommodate you the best we can. Please call from the parking lot if any of the above applies. If you are COVID positive and have an ill pet, please have a non-exposed family member or friend bring your pet and let our staff know during scheduling.

If you are uncomfortable entering our building, we will accommodate curb-side appointments and pet drop off. Please indicate this preference when you schedule or call us from the parking lot. We offer text and email pay options.
